How to set up a conference call

Create a free PIN

At the top of the page click on the “Generate Free PIN” button.

You’ll immediately get your PIN code.

Invite participants

Then send all participants an invitation with the PIN code, date and time of the call, and the relevant dial-in number or numbers.

To make this even simpler for you, we’ve designed a handy email template that you can use completely free of charge. We’ve got separate templates for Irish-only participants and overseas participants, so make sure you choose the right one.

Dial-in numbers

The conference call dial-in number within Ireland is 1520 932 995, and is available 24/7.

If one or more Irish participants want to dial in from abroad with their Irish mobile or smartphone, they should use our worldwide dial-in number, that can be reached from anywhere in the world: +44 843 373 0999.

Any other overseas participants should use the dial-in number from the country in which they are located. For example, a French participant would call 0821-618272 and a German participant would call 01803-127127 (so no +353 before because they are not Irish numbers).

If we don’t offer a dial-in number for a particular country, participants should call one of our worldwide dial-in numbers: +44 843 373 0999.

How to pay for a conference call

There’s no charge to set up a conference call with us, instead you pay per minute for our conference call service. This means you only pay if you use our service. If you don’t make a call, you don’t pay us a penny. And each participant pays their own costs via their own telephone bill.

So there are no monthly fees or cancellation fees if a conference call does not take place.
